The "Eye Cloud" app for Windows can typically be found on the Microsoft Store or the official website of the app developer. Make sure to search for the specific version compatible with your Apeman Model ID71 camera.

Iphone dont give me alarm annymore when Motion detection is on. Why? This happend a month ago.

Answer by Ashish Bajaj

It is difficult to determine the exact cause without more information. It could be a software issue or a problem with the settings. You can try restarting the app or checking the notification settings on your iPhone to see if that resolves the issue. It may also be helpful to contact the Eye Cloud support team for further assistance.

I am told that the device password is still the original password and I should change it. However, to create a new password I have to first enter the original password which I do not know. Can you please tell me what the original password is so that I can change it?

The Eye Cloud is actually a client. If it asks for a password, then you need to know that the password is from the cameras that you've added to the application. Therefore, manually connect to the camera or use the manuals to reset it to factory defaults, then you can configure it again with the new password and re-add it into the Eye Cloud application.

I've checked all the possible websites, but I couldn't find a default password for the Eye Cloud application.

I installed the Eye Cloud software for Windows, and it ran OK for 1 day. The next day, I started receiving the error message "UNABLE TO CONNECT TO SERVER, [-1]". There are no settings to check the IP address or to input a static IP address and no way other than this forum to ask a question. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the application multiple times with no success.

I can't find any reference of a similar error on the Internet. My best guess is that you've either modified your proxy settings or that your firewall is blocking the connection. If you've checked and neither of these solutions are working for you, I recommend manually adding one or two cameras to see if you can get Eye Cloud to work like that.

Lastly, you can try contacting the company that develops the application using the following email address: [email protected] .

I have two P2P cameras whose models are:

a) VSTB256459MFDHD
b) VSTB256324LLRCY

In both cameras I use the EYE CLOUD App version 1.3.0.98. I bought a buzzer that will use the EYE-4 App.

Can I use EYE-4 only for these three devices? I want to buy another VSTB camera. Can I use this new camera in the EYE-4 App too?

Answer by Sean Hill

You will have to try because these applications are different. They have different websites and developers, and on the EYE-4's website I've seen they list different P2P cameras.

It might not work, but if you manage to download the application, then simply add them using their correct username, password, IP, port, and streaming protocol.

Based on the support they offer for their cameras (EYE-4), I highly doubt that you can use them.

Here are the devices they offer support for:

Contact EYE4 to see if they support the above modes.

Anyone figured out how to change the order of your cams after they've been added?

S
Answer by Sean Hill

You can arrange the cameras based on the way you add them. Once the camera has been added to the application, you won't have the possibility to change its order. It needs to be removed then you'll add other camera to the main interface. There is no sort or organize options found withing the application.

The EyeCloud software is pretty straightforward when it comes to configuration and management.

Can it record audio and playback too?

R
Answer by Roland Diskayne

Yes, with this program you can view the video feed via the Internet connection, listen to the audio, take snapshots of the streamed media. Recording the stream or changing observation mode by rotating and flipping the image is possible in real time.

It lacks compatibility with my operating system. Can I have a solution?

A
Answer by Alex Urbach

I've installed the latest version of the Eye Cloud downloaded from the Internet and I must say that it works on Windows 10. Therefore, if it works on Windows 10, then you can successfully install it on other versions of Windows as well. Sometimes you might have to apply a compatibility tweak for that version. Right click the executable file and choose Properties then use the drop-down menu to select the version of Windows installed on your PC.
